While entry-level Macs are on par (in terms of price) with Surface and Dell ultrabooks, PC laptops often have more impressive specs. Since I’ve been answering them for a while I decided to write a simple decision guide, which I hope will be useful for non-technical people or people just learning about computers ( aka college students).
